1.3 Service Delivery

Any delays due to non-availability of required inputs from the client will not be the responsibility of the company.

We provide a Scope of Work (SOW) detailing deliverables, timelines, and pricing. – The project begins after client approval via Google Form and digital signature.
Timelines vary depending on the services and options chosen. All specific timelines are detailed in the SOW. – Working days include only active work time by TLPGlobus Solutions Pvt. Ltd. – Time waiting for client approvals, content submissions, or decisions is not counted in the timeline.
1.4 Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, and access to necessary platforms or data.
Content, images, and materials provided by the client must be free from copyright infringement.
If legal issues arise regarding the client’s business or service, the client assumes full responsibility

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. – If an NDA is signed, no marketing use will occur without written consent.

If the customer resides in a city where ICBI does not have a Center, the Image Scope session shall be facilitated via SKYPE or similar tool.

Digital Marketing, SEO, and LinkedIn Services: No refunds will be issued once the campaign or service has commenced for the duration already worked upon. If dissatisfaction arises, we commit to reassessing strategies and optimizing ongoing efforts.
Website Design & Development: Partial refunds may be granted if the project is terminated before initiation or during the initial development phase, subject to deductions for costs and efforts already incurred.
Payment Gateway Setup/Charges: Refunds are not applicable after the initiation of payment gateway integration and issuance of service credentials.
